The MSFCA Annual Conference, held during a weekend of October in Rochester, St. Cloud or Duluth, is the state’s premier fire service training, education and networking event.

The 2015 MSFCA Annual Conference will be held October 21st-24th in Duluth, MN – See Resources below.

The conference features hands-on demonstrations and valuable workshops on a wide variety of public safety, policy, operations, management and practical topics, including:

• A look back at significant emergency events during the prior year
• Workshops with the State Fire Marshal 
• New chiefs’ workshops
• EMS program management
• Continuous improvement processes
• Professional development workshops
• The future of the fire service
• NEW! – Tract for Executive/Administrative Assistants on Friday, October 23rd

Any active member of any Minnesota fire department is invited to attend the conference. It’s not necessary to be an MSFCA member to attend, although members do receive a discount on registration.

Along with an opening reception, social hour and awards banquet, the annual conference also features dozens of exhibitors displaying the latest public safety products and services for fire departments.

There will be special programming and social opportunities available for guests of attendees.
